01. Pre-design meeting

02. Conceptual Design
Our creative journey starts here! Design concepts and options will be created during this phase in a presentation form with 3D illustrations and color/finish palettes to show the initial design intents.
03. Design Development
Adjust and finalize conceptual design in this phase, along with informing clients of the cost estimate of construction. Dive into design details and prepare for construction drawings.
04. Construction Documents
Deliver final design package with construction drawings, final illustrations, and specifications.
05. Construction Administration
Periodical site visits and continue to communicate with client and contractor to review drawings, finishes and answer design-related questions.
